RTFS LLC was started by Dr, Anil Rastogi, Ph.D., PE, MBA to help clients in planning and implementing the best strategies to minimize tax liabilities using all deductions and guidelines as outlined in Internal Revenue Codes of IRS.
Dr. Rastogi received his Ph.D. degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ. He received his MBA degree from DeSales University, Center Valley, PA with a concentration in Accounting and Finance as well.
Being an entrepreneur himself, he understands the real-life problems and challenges a small business owner faces in managing accounts, planning, and filing taxes. Dr. Rastogi has vast knowledge in advising various clients in tax and financial planning to achieve short and long-term personal and business financial goals.

We are in Harrisburg, PA but we serve clients from all over the country. Our clients can communicate with us via phone, email, or sending messages through our website. If our clients are local, they can also make an office appointment. We are well familiar with neighboring states’ (NJ, MD, DE, NY) tax laws and reciprocity for tax filing as a PA resident.

Dr. Rastogi being himself involved in various retail, wholesale, service, and real estate businesses can advise a client on what type of business entity will be appropriate for the type of business a person is starting. There are different options for a client to choose as a business entity, such as sole proprietorship, partnership, Limited Liability Company (LLC), Limited liability Partnership (LLP), S Corporation, and C corporation. Dr. Rastogi is well familiar with the tax preparation and filing requirements of each type of business entity and can help clients with tax savings.
